The leader of the championship after race one and two in Monza (ITA), is Swiss driver Louis Déletraz (Josef Kaufmann Racing). Déletraz won race one but had to leave the victory in race two to his countryman and teammate Kevin Jörg.

 

With each 18 points behind the leader are Andrea Pizzitola and Steijn Schothorst (both Manor MP Motorsport). It will be exiting to see who will be the leader after this weekend, specialy as Jörg will not start this weekend. He will participate in the FR2.0 Eurocup.

 

Four drivers will debut at Silverstone in the FR2.0 NEC. The Finn Lassi Halminen will race with the PositiOne team while the third Swiss driver Patrick Freiburghaus will join with the SL Formula team. The German team Inter Europol will have the American gentleman driver Robert Siska in one of their cars, while the other will be driven by the only German in the FR2.0 NEC, Max Biedermann.

 

Both 25 minute races will be broadcast live with both German and English commentary. The English commentary can be heard at www.formularenault.tv while the Germany commentary can be heard at www.youtube.com/renaultmagazin.
